COURSE RATIONALE
This course is designed for organizations and or individuals with the yearning desire to align their focus, purpose, and priorities to provide the required support for their vision and therefore drive maximum organizational outcomes.
It is intended to equip participants with the tools, techniques, knowledge, competence, skills, and expertise required to develop and lead high-performing teams (HPTs) that can create value, increase productivity, and thus help organizations deliver on their strategic objectives.
By the end of the course, the participant should be able to:
1. Develop a framework to analyze the stages of team development and what to do to make each stage of the team development process very productive.
2. Implement practical measures to build and maintain high-performing teams (HPTs) to drive organizational efficiency.
3. Apply the critical skillset required for building the core leadership skill groups to help an organization deliver on its strategic objectives.
4. Use a diagnostic assessment tool to improve team performance.
5. Evaluate the process of creating a team vision and set of values to drive members’ energies and enthusiasm toward enhanced organizational productivity.
