This course is designed for companies, business organizations, or individuals who are focused on developing structures to maximize the performance of employees in an environment characterized by competing demands and priorities, helping staff make appropriate business decisions on a timely basis to put their companies on a proper competitive pedestal, thinking with a strategic mindset, clearly communicating, and providing a clear sense of direction.
It is intended to build the capacities of participants and equip them with the knowledge, competence, and skills for engaging in strategic planning, strategy formulation, and execution.
By the end of the Course, the Participant should be able to:
1. Demonstrate a clear understanding of the strategic planning process and show how it shapes organizational purpose and direction.
2. Strategize for the future direction of organizations and put in place measures to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization.
3. Create a company’s action plan and clearly define the strategic goals and objectives, tactics, and major and minor tasks to realize the overall company purpose.
4. Acquire and strengthen the requisite knowledge, skills, and capabilities for strategic planning, strategy formulation, and execution.
