•To promote smooth and continuous professional development amongst our Members as a means of positioning them for career growth and development. • To deepen understanding of international governance best practices amongst our Members.

•To promote effective application of GLRC and organizational development tools, concepts, principles, and practices to enhance and deepen the professional horizons of Members.

•To promote practical application of knowledge and skills acquired from our continuous professional development programmes to demonstrate the required level of independence, a high sense of professionalism, adaptability, and responsibility amongst Members.

•To undertake training, development, and capacity-building initiatives in GLRC and organizational development for our Members and clients.

•To work in closer collaboration with other sister professional networks and institutions across the globe to promote issues of mutual interest.

•To undertake a series of initiatives as shall be deemed necessary to broaden the intellectual and professional horizons and depths of Members in GLRC, strategic leadership, and organizational development.

•To institute corporate workshops, seminars, clinics, and retreats periodically that will serve as converging grounds for Members, business executives and entrepreneurs, government and public sector players, intergovernmental organizations, and civil society organizations to discuss contemporary issues affecting the viability of corporate and public sector governance.

•To undertake demand-driven research on GLRC and disseminate information for the benefit of Members and the general public.

•To provide market-driven consulting and unparalleled professional service dedicated to bringing customized solutions to the doorsteps of our cherished Clients.
